The New GT35 Club - A New Addition to the Family! 28/07/2015

Having launched the gold standard GT35 Grand Tour, GT Yachts has been busy developing a new model and can now announce the addition of the GT35 Club version. The GT35 Club maintains all of the sailing performance and engineering standards of her higher spec sister, including low centre of gravity, high aspect ratio rig, integrated structural arrangements and fore and aft water-tight bulkheads but vastly simplifies the interior outfit and deck arrangement.

GT35-01 - Commissioned and Handed Over. 11/04/2014

The end of the beginning..! Tuesday 8th April 2014 saw the commissioning of GT Yachts' first yacht, GT35-01. On a day which saw gusts over 35 knots on the River Orwell, the GT35 seemed to very much enjoy its maiden voyage. Dry with sunny spells and plenty of wind, it was a perfect trial. On board was Stephen Jones who was pleased with the performance and very happy with the single finger helm control! Some final rig tweaks from Fox's Rigging and Dolphin Sails and the yacht was ready for handover.

The following day was also perfect. The wind dropped off but the blue skies meant that the yacht was shown at her best for the photo shoot. Graham Snook was on board for the Yachting Monthly test report but...

GT35-01 - Launched! 04/04/2014

Thursday 3rd April 2014 saw the launch of GT Yachts' first yacht, GT35-01. A milestone for both GT Yachts and for boatbuilding in the UK. British boatbuilding at its best, coming together at Fox's Marina and Boatyard yesterday shows off the industry at the top of its game.
